In this role, you will focus on <strong>made-in-house parts</strong>—including <strong>spools, tubes, and coils</strong>—while executing the <strong>division sourcing strategy</strong>, supporting <strong>manifold blocks outsourcing</strong>, driving <strong>resourcing initiatives</strong>, and enabling <strong>New Product Development (NPD)</strong>. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape sourcing outcomes across multiple locations and drive operational excellence.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What You’ll Be Doing</b></H2> </div><div><ul type="disc"> <li>Represent procurement in core business forums to ensure alignment and collaboration.</li> <li>Execute the <strong>division sourcing strategy</strong> for in-house parts, including <strong>spools, tubes, and coils</strong>.</li> <li>Lead <strong>resourcing projects</strong> to optimize cost, quality, and supply security.</li> <li>Support <strong>outsourcing of manifold blocks</strong>, including supplier identification, qualification, and ramp-up.</li> <li>Meet project milestones and deliverables for NPD and resourcing initiatives.</li> <li>Shape and execute cost-down strategies, ensuring a healthy pipeline of initiatives.</li> <li>Drive consistent procurement processes across all plants.</li> <li>Lead or support supplier negotiations to secure cost savings, improve lead times, expand stocking agreements, and enhance performance, in partnership with Category Management.</li> <li>Oversee escalations related to material shortages, on-time delivery (OTD), and quality issues.</li> <li>Build strong cross-functional relationships with Category Management, Project Management, NPD, Engineering, Product Management, Operations, and Supplier Quality.</li> <li>Strengthen NPD outcomes through early supplier involvement and smart technology/platform selection.</li> <li>Support redesign and implementation projects using robust systems (e.g., Change Control, PPAP).</li> <li>Partner with business unit and plant teams to define and execute strategies that support sales, profitability, and working capital goals.</li> <li>Anticipate risks and implement proactive mitigation actions.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What We're Looking For</b></H2> </div><div><p><strong>Required</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.</li> <li>5–10 years of procurement or supply chain experience, ideally in <strong>manufacturing or industrial environments</strong>.</li> <li>Strong understanding of procurement processes, cost drivers, market dynamics, and supplier management.</li> <li>Proven ability to manage projects and stakeholders effectively.</li> <li>Experience working in high-performance environments with ambitious targets.</li> <li>Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; structured and independent working style.</li> <li>Demonstrated leadership experience developing high-performing, engaged teams.</li> <li>Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization.</li> <li>Experience collaborating across cultures and regions.</li> <li>Proficiency in English (written and verbal).</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Background in sourcing <strong>in-house machined components</strong> such as <strong>spools, tubes, coils</strong>, or <strong>manifold blocks</strong>.</li> <li>Experience with <strong>outsourcing</strong>, <strong>resourcing</strong>, and <strong>NPD procurement</strong>.</li> <li>Expertise with MRP systems.</li> <li>Strong skills in MS Office, SAP, and Power BI.</li> <li>Familiarity with Lean practices and continuous improvement methodologies.</li> </ul> <p> </p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What You'll Get from Us</b></H2> </div><div><p> </p> <ol> <li>We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.</li> <li>You’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
