<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>The Impact You'll Make</b></H2> </div><div><p>作为项目经理，主导新产品从概念设计、工程验证到最终量产发布的全生命周期管理。通过制定严谨的项目策略，统筹跨职能团队（涵盖研发、测试、工艺、质量及市场），确保项目在预算范围内按时、高质量交付。在实现技术突破的同时，通过高效的风险管控与资源协调，最大化产品的商业价值与市场竞争力，有力支持公司在供热与水力平衡业务领域的持续增长。</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What You’ll Be Doing</b></H2> </div><div><p>1.负责新产品开发（NPD/NVC）项目的全流程管理，制定周密的项目计划并严密监控关键路径。<br>2.明确各关键节点的定义及准入准出标准，严格把关，确保各阶段交付物符合既定质量标准。<br>3.组建并领导跨职能项目团队，激发团队协作效能，有效化解内部资源冲突，保障项目优先级落地。<br>4.推动外部供应商及合作伙伴的技术对接，并对其交付进度与质量进行有效管理。<br>5.前瞻性识别技术、进度及合规性风险，制定并执行风险管控预案，为项目顺利推进保驾护航。<br>6.制定项目研发预算，精细化管理项目费用，实时监控实际支出以确保成本受控。<br>7.持续优化现有的研发项目管理流程，监控流程执行的合规性，切实提升新品上市交付效率。<br>8.贯彻降本增效理念，通过材料替代、工艺简化及结构优化等手段，达成年度降本指标。</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What We're Looking For</b></H2> </div><div><p>1.本科及以上学历，机械工程、流体机械、自动化或相关专业背景。<br>2.具备5年以上制造业研发项目全生命周期管理经验，拥有阀门、水泵或通用机械领域背景者优先。<br>3.精通项目管理体系（如PMP或熟悉敏捷管理等），深谙产品开发流程。<br>4.具备卓越的跨部门协同与沟通协调能力，能够高效驱动不同职能部门成员共同达成项目目标。<br>5.具备敏锐的目标成本管理意识，以及出色的问题解决能力和风险管控思维。<br>6.结果导向，自我驱动，具备强烈的责任感与主人翁意识。<br>7.优秀的英语听说读写能力，独立研读技术文档及撰写英文项目报告。</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Ready to Make a Difference?</b></H2> </div><div><p><span style="font-family:Verdana;font-size:12.0pt"> </span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Verdana;font-size:12.0pt">If this role excites you, we’d love to hear from you!
