Supplier Performance Management</span><br><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">• Drive cross-functional collaboration (Quality/Engineering/Logistics) to improve supplier cost/delivery/quality KPIs.</span><br><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">• Monitor supplier capacity & mitigate risks (financial/compliance/quality/delivery crisis).</span><br><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">• Ensure supply chain stability through performance tracking and escalation protocols.</span><br><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">2. Cost Reduction Execution</span><br><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">• Lead annual negotiations and implement cost-saving initiatives (ITT pipeline management: generation → execution → database upkeep).</span><br><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">• Conduct market benchmarking, raw-material-based pricing updates, and should-cost analysis.</span><br><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">3. End-to-End PPAP Leadership</span><br><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">• Steer cross-functional teams in PPAP planning/execution (prototype → validation → Run@Rate).</span><br><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">• Oversee drawing/process reviews, RFQ validation, and supplier capacity assessments.</span><br><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">4. Project Support (NPD/Sustaining/CD)</span><br><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">• Facilitate new project RFQs, prototype delivery, and cost updates.</span><br><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">• Ensure supplier process compliance; act as interim PPR when required.</span></p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What We're Looking For</b></H2> </div><div><p><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif">1. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in mechanical or mechatronic background, with 6-10 year's related working experience;<br>2. Good commercial negotiation and communication skills;<br>3. Good at analysis and problem solving, capability of Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) ;<br>4.
