<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:14.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Long Description</H2> </div><div><p><strong>Your Responsibilities</strong></p> <p>Financial Management & Reporting</p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Coordinate and support the monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing process together with the Shared Service Center.</li> <li>Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and Working Capital reporting.</li> <li>Support the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts and long-term planning activities.</li> <li>Monitor financial performance and analyse variances against budget, forecast and prior year.</li> <li>Support cost control initiatives and provide visibility into operational performance.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with Belgian accounting regulations, internal controls and corporate policies.</li> <li>Coordinate statutory reporting requirements, VAT declarations and other regulatory filings.</li> <li>Support annual audits and serve as a key contact for auditors and external advisors.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Business Partnering</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Act as a trusted business partner to the Site General Manager and local leadership team.</li> <li>Translate financial information into meaningful business insights that support decision-making.</li> <li>Support operational teams in understanding profitability, productivity, inventory and working capital drivers.</li> <li>Participate in operational reviews and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and performance.</li> <li>Help strengthen financial awareness throughout the organization.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Working Capital & Cash Flow</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Actively monitor inventory, receivables and payables to support strong working capital management.</li> <li>Support initiatives aimed at improving inventory turns, cash generation and free cash flow.</li> <li>Provide visibility and analysis around inventory movements, production performance and operational drivers impacting cash flow.</li> <li>Work closely with Supply Chain, Operations and Purchasing teams to improve financial performance.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Collaboration with the Shared Service Center</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Work closely with the Shared Service Center team in Romania responsible for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger activities.</li> <li>Ensure smooth cooperation and alignment between local operations and shared service activities.</li> <li>Support process improvements, standardization and automation initiatives.</li> <li>Act as the local finance representative while leveraging the expertise and support available within the wider finance organization.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Continuous Improvement & Projects</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Participate in finance transformation initiatives and process improvement projects.</li> <li>Support the continued optimization of SAP and related reporting tools.</li> <li>Contribute to the development of best practices across the international finance organization.</li> <li>Collaborate with finance colleagues across Belgium, Romania and the United States.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.</li> <li>Several years of experience in finance management, controlling, accounting or a related financial leadership role.</li> <li>Good understanding of financial reporting, cost accounting and business analysis.</li> <li>Strong analytical skills combined with a pragmatic and hands-on mindset.</li> <li>Ability to communicate effectively with both financial and non-financial stakeholders.</li> <li>Comfortable working in a dynamic international environment.</li> <li>Experience with ERP systems; SAP experience is an advantage but not a requirement.</li> <li>Strong Excel skills.</li> <li>Fluent in Dutch and English.</li> </ul></div></div></div>
