<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Long Description</H2> </div><div><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li style="list-style-type:disc">Set up, adjust, and operate CNC lathes to produce parts of varying complexity.</li> <li style="list-style-type:disc">Interpret computer-generated setup sheets and blueprints to determine proper tooling, fixtures, feeds, speeds, and machining sequences.</li> <li style="list-style-type:disc">Use precision measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, height gauges, bore gauges) to inspect and verify part dimensions.</li> <li style="list-style-type:disc">Perform routine machine maintenance and monitor tool wear; replace tools and inserts as needed.</li> <li style="list-style-type:disc">Make offset adjustments to maintain part quality and dimensional accuracy.</li> <li style="list-style-type:disc">Edit and proofread CNC programs; sharpen tools as required.</li> <li style="list-style-type:disc">Maintain high standards of quality while meeting production goals and deadlines.</li> <li style="list-style-type:disc">Collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.</li> <li style="list-style-type:disc">Uphold company policies, safety standards, and compliance requirements.</li> <li style="list-style-type:disc">Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency.</li> <li style="list-style-type:disc">Cross-train on various machines and processes to support team flexibility.</li> <li style="list-style-type:disc">Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li style="list-style-type:disc">Minimum <strong>4-5years of experience</strong> in precision CNC machining.</li> <li style="list-style-type:disc">Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, job orders, and tooling instructions.</li> <li style="list-style-type:disc">Strong understanding of CNC programming and machining processes.</li> <li style="list-style-type:disc">Demonstrated experience in full setup and operation of CNC lathes.</li> <li style="list-style-type:disc">Familiarity with <strong>Fanuc Oi, Fanuc 21i, Haas</strong>, and <strong>Okuma</strong> controls is highly desirable.</li> <li style="list-style-type:disc">Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.</li> <li style="list-style-type:disc">Willingness to work overtime as needed.</li> </ul></div></div></div>
