B2B Operations Specialist
As our B2B Operations Specialist, you bring clarity to how our B2B and marketplace sales perform -and why. You act as the analytical backbone of the team, supporting the Marketplace & B2B Manager and cross-functional stakeholders with data-driven insights that improve execution and performance.
This role sits at the center of B2B and Marketplace performance, providing the analytical foundation that enables strong strategic and operational decisions. Your mandate is to generate high-quality insights, identify risks and opportunities early, and equip stakeholders across B2B with the clarity needed to act decisively.
You are embedded in the business organization, working closely with your main stakeholders to connect operational actions with commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Analysis & Insights
Analyze B2B and marketplace performance across channels, customers, and SKUs
Evaluate impact on GM1, return rates, margin, and EBITDA
Translate data into clear, actionable insights
Prepare decision materials and ad hoc analyses
Flag deviations, risks, and optimization opportunities Conduct detailed analyses on SKU, campaign, and funnel performance
Identify drivers behind performance changes
Support day-to-day problem solving within B2B operations
Preparation and input for budget follow ups
Your KPI framework
GMV, Net Sales, Return Rate, GM1, EBITDA, CoS, product performance, channel performance, market performance
Your tools
Tableau
Strong proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas (e.g., INDEX/MATCH, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS), pivot tables, and data analysis
Google Analytics
Your Past & Your Skills
2+ years of experience in a similar role
Degree or equivalent education in Sales, Data, or Economics
Comfortable with dashboards, data interpretation and presenting conclusions
You are motivated by understanding cause and effect
You are commercially oriented and see connections between channel actions and commercial outcomes
You know how to prioritize and deliver insights that can be acted on
You communicate clearly and always keep the business goal in focus
