It means working in a Group that cares about people, their development and well-being, as we are proudly certified as <a href="https://soyefr.org/certificacion-efr/">Empresa Familiarmente Responsável</a>.</p> <p><strong>Your Mission</strong></p> <p>We are looking for an experienced and hands-on <strong>DevOps Team Manager</strong> to lead our DevOps team while actively contributing to the evolution, operation and support of our cloud and on-premises platforms.</p> <p>You will define and drive our DevOps and Platform Engineering practices, fostering automation, reliability, observability and operational excellence while working closely with Product, Architecture, Development and Operations teams.</p> <p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing DevOps and Platform Engineering team;</li> <li>Define and execute the DevOps roadmap, aligned with business and technology objectives;</li> <li>Drive automation, reliability, scalability and continuous improvement initiatives;</li> <li>Design, implement and maintain highly available cloud and on-premises platforms;</li> <li>Establish and promote DevOps best practices, operational standards and governance frameworks;</li> <li>Lead major incident response activities and support the resolution of complex technical challenges;</li> <li>Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver robust, scalable and secure solutions;</li> <li>Enhance our internal engineering platform and enable an outstanding developer experience;</li> <li>Actively contribute to operational support and participate in the on-call model for critical production services.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Solid experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Infrastructure or Site Reliability Engineering roles;</li> <li>Previous experience leading technical teams in complex enterprise environments;</li> <li>Strong knowledge of public cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure), Kubernetes/OpenShift and Linux systems administration;</li> <li>Experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation tools, namely Terraform and Ansible;</li> <li>Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and tools such as GitLab, Jenkins or Nexus;</li> <li>Strong understanding of observability and monitoring technologies, including Prometheus, Grafana and tracing solutions;</li> <li>Experience with scripting or programming languages such as Python, Golang or Bash;</li> <li>Knowledge of networking and database technologies;</li> <li>Professional proficiency in English.</li> </ul> <p><strong>A-to-be is leading the way to your future, join us!</strong></p> <p> </p>
