It means working in a Group that cares about people and their development and well-being (we are proudly certified as Empresa Familiarmente Responsável), with a culture guided by the values of ethics, innovation, excellence and people.</p> <p><strong>We will be challenging you with some of these assignments:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support the administration of Windows Server and Linux environments, including accounts, permissions, services, and patch management;</li> <li>Collaborate in Identity and Access Management activities using tools such as Entra ID (Azure AD) and Okta;</li> <li>Assist with Microsoft Intune operations, including compliance policies and endpoint management;</li> <li>Participate in Level 1 and Level 2 troubleshooting for core systems, infrastructure services, and operational alerts;</li> <li>Contribute to technical documentation, runbooks, diagrams, and Knowledge Base articles;</li> <li>Develop and execute automation scripts (Ansible, PowerShell, Bash) and support infrastructure security and governance practices.</li> </ul> <p><strong>If you have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Solid academic background in Computer Engineering, Networks, Systems, or a related field (final-year student or recent graduate);</li> <li>Strong foundational knowledge of operating systems, networking, and security principles.</li> <li>Analytical thinking, technical curiosity, and a structured and organized approach to problem-solving;</li> <li>Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment;</li> <li>Good communication skills and motivation to continuously learn and develop technical expertise.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Brisa Group is leading the way to your future, join us!</strong></p>
