It means working in a Group that cares about people and their development and well-being (we are proudly certified as a <a href="https://recrutamento.brisa.pt/content/Pessoas/?locale=pt_PT" target="_blank">Empresa Familiarmente Responsável),</a> with a culture guided by the values of ethics, innovation, excellence and people.</p> <p> </p> <p><b>Main responsibilities:</b></p> <p>• Development of business rules for customer collections risk analysis;<br> • Analysis of criteria and dimensions of analysis to enrich the model;<br> • Regular production of reports and/or ad hoc recommendations on the implemented collections risk system;<br> • Analysis of transaction collection history and identification of dimensions to analyze to identify the type of risk;<br> • Identification and production of relevant KPIs for conducting appropriate customer collections risk analysis for the business;<br> • Analysis and reconciliation of customer data, identification of customer control measures;<br> • Identification of behavioral patterns;<br> • Preparation of presentations for top management.</p> <p> </p> <p><b>Experience, Skills and Qualifications:</b></p> <p>• High analytical ability and critical thinking;<br> • Orientation towards meeting objectives and deadlines;<br> • Strong sense of responsibility, rigor, and teamwork spirit;<br> • Ability to anticipate problems and identify solutions and new opportunities;<br> • Good communication skills;<br> • Higher education degree in Economics, Management, Mathematics, or similar;<br> • Professional experience in areas related to consumer credit risk developed;<br> • Knowledge of banking processes and procedures;<br> • Experience in functions related to Operational Risk and Compliance (nice to have);<br> • Experience in data analysis (data integrity and consistency);<br> • Proficiency in tools for monitoring process and operation performance;<br> • Experience in Office tools with a focus on Excel;<br> • Proficiency in English (spoken and written).</p> <p> </p> <p><b>Brisa Group is leading the way to your future, join us!</b></p>
