Your key responsibilities <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Lead SAP S/4HANA transformation programs from planning through deployment.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Manage cross-functional project teams to deliver program objectives.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Develop and execute change management strategies to support business adoption.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Engage with senior stakeholders to align SAP solutions with business priorities.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Oversee project delivery, budgets, risks, and timelines across multiple initiatives.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Provide strategic guidance on supply chain transformation and SAP best practices.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the program lifecycle.</li> </ul> Skills and attributes for success <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, finance, IT, or a related field.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">A minimum of 7-10 years' experience as SAP Functional Consultant.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Proven experience in delivering large-scale SAP S/4HANA programs, including implementation, upgrade, and maintenance.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Expertise and hands-on system configuration, testing, user support, and troubleshooting.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Experience in project management and stakeholder management.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Profound ability to solve complex problems and drive projects to completion.</li> </ul> What we offer you At EY, we’ll fuel you and your extraordinary talents in a diverse and inclusive culture of globally connected teams.
