The Role
As Operations Director, you’ll be a partner with senior leaders to drive sustainable growth and operational excellence across all sites and support functions in Sweden. Taking ownership of overall performance, people, and culture, you’ll impact long-term profitability, organizational effectiveness, and the development of a high-performing leadership team that sets the standard across the business.
Who/What We’re Looking For
Key essentials:
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field; MBA or Master’s Degree preferred.
Minimum of five years’ experience in a senior leadership role with full accountability for multi-site, international operations and support functions.
Proven experience leading leaders, developing management teams, and driving cultural and behavioral change in complex organizations.
Strong experience within manufacturing, preferably within metallurgical or related industries.
Solid understanding of operational excellence, financial management (P&L), strategic planning, and continuous improvement.
Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
