Working as part of the Global Finance Team, we have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Accountant – Accounts Payable to join DW, based in Mumbai.
THE TASKS YOU WILL OWN
In this role, you will be focusing on supporting the handling and management of AP-Related Invoices – ensuring we Pay and Report Correctly. This Position also includes assisting in Monthly Closing and supporting the Daily Finance Team Activities.
Handling incoming Invoices
Bank Reconciliation and making Payments
Take responsibility for flows within AP and be part of developing the function and processes
Assist in Monthly and Yearly Closing
Supporting our daily ad-hoc activities within the Finance Department
WHO YOU ARE
Education within Finance
Relevant work Experience is preferred
Strong communications skills - fluent in English, both verbal and written
Proficient in MS Office - Microsoft Excel
Experience working with an Accounting System is an advantage
Strong attention to detail and well-organized
Ability to work and adapt in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and contribute to a Team
