Transaction Strategy and Execution – Deal Technology is a dedicated team within EY-Parthenon’s Strategy and Transactions practice that helps clients achieve their strategic objectives in acquisitions and divestments. We cover a wide range of technology aspects in a transaction, including IT, cyber, software and data due diligence, separation or integration analysis, value creation, synergy assessments, , and supporting the integration or separation process from a technology workstream perspective. Your key responsibilities As a Manager, you will support and deliver Deal Technology services on transactions of all sizes. This is a hybrid position based in Melbourne.
