Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to drive the development and growth of our AI-driven talent management solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for defining product strategy, managing the product roadmap, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative features that delight our enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

Own the product vision and strategy for key areas of Ref's talent intelligence platform Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap aligned with business goals and market needs Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer feedback to inform product decisions Collaborate with UX design and engineering teams to define, prioritize, and deliver new features Create detailed product requirements and user stories, ensuring clear communication of product vision Work closely with data science teams to leverage AI and machine learning capabilities in product development Define and analyze key metrics to measure product performance and drive data-informed decisions Engage with enterprise customers to understand their needs and validate product concepts Present product plans and progress to executive leadership and stakeholders

Requirements

5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in B2B SaaS products Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling enterprise software products Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and their applications in HR tech Experience with agile development methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Aha!) Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision making Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams Familiarity with HR processes, talent management, and recruitment technologies Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field; MBA or technical Master's degree preferred
