We have a fantastic opportunity for a lawyer with 5+ years’ experience working in the commercial banking and finance practice area to join our team. Our transactional banking and finance team is currently led by Liz Lim and Joshua Jones in Auckland and we are growing. We help our clients achieve their goals in the full range of local and cross-border financing transactions, including corporate and commercial, leveraged, property, construction and asset financing, receivables financing, and securitisations; we also regularly advise on consumer credit and financial service provider laws and help financial service providers set up shop in New Zealand. Our clients range from banks and other financial institutions to SMEs and start-ups.
