<p>Dentons US LLP is currently recruiting for a Legal Administrative Assistant for our St. Louis office. This position will provide administrative support to Litigation lawyers in a highly collaborative working environment. This is a hybrid position requiring three days in the office and two days remote each week.<strong> </strong></p> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>Responsibilities </strong></p> <ul> <li>Responsible for document preparation, editing, file maintenance, client billing and overall administrative support for multiple timekeepers</li> <li>Work with timekeepers, input time entry, pleadings, process invoices for payments, manage professional affiliations and CLE requirements, process mail and perform other requested administrative duties as required</li> <li>Serve as a professional point of contact for clients in person and by phone</li> <li>Arrange travel and process expense reimbursements</li> <li>Handles confidential/sensitive firm and/or client information</li> <li>These duties may be ongoing or ad-hoc in nature</li> <li>Other duties as may be assigned to fully meet the requirements for this position</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong> Experience & Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>2+ years Litigation administration experience in a mid- to large-sized law firm preferable</li> <li>Proficient in legal secretarial and administrative tasks including, but not limited to, document preparation, filing, time entry, expenses, telephone contact, travel arrangements, and calendar maintenance</li> <li>Must be familiar with local court rules; preferably familiar with Missouri and Illinois state court rules and federal court rules</li> <li>Possess exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize, work independently, and multi-task a must. Ability to work in a fast paced, high-volume environment</li> <li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills and excellent client service</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) required.
