This position will communicate directly with key personnel within the Firm and our clients and their organizations to identify issues and promote solution-based problem solving. This position reports to the Senior Credit Manager and communicates regularly with the Firm’s management team. </p> <p style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 10.0pt;line-height:115%;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif"> </p> <p style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 10.0pt;line-height:115%;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif">Manages the Firm’s collection processes/account maintenance at a regional level.</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif">Provide excellent and thoughtful client service to hundreds of Firm clients</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif">Works closely with the Firm’s billing attorneys and professional staff to bring resolution to the Firm’s most sensitive and complicated collection issues.</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif">Is in direct contact with the Firm’s clients, including their highest level of management.</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif">Act as a resource to other Credit Managers.</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif">Other duties as may be assigned to fully meet the requirements of the position.</li> </ul> <p style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 10.0pt;line-height:115%;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif"> </p> <p style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 10.0pt;line-height:115%;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif"><strong>Experience & Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif">Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience required.</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif">7+ years experience in credit and collections required</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif">Law firm or prefessional services experience required</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif">Preferred background includes interaction with senior management personnel. </li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif">Expertise with Elite Enterprise, 3E, Aderant, EHUB preferred</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif">Expertise with ARCS preferred</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif">Ability to build solid working relationships with Firm professionals while accomplishing the Firm’s financial goals</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif">Must demonstrate the strong problem solving, interpersonal and analytical skills necessary to unravel complicated accounts and issues</li> </ul> <p style="line-height:115%;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif"> </p> <p style="line-height:115%;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif">Pursuant with states' laws, the salary range for this position is $110,000 - $130,000, based on experience and local market. </p><p> </p> <p style="text-align:center"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Dentons US LLP offers a competitive salary and benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k, profit sharing, short-term/long-term disability, life insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, paid holidays and discretionary bonuses. </span></span></span></p> <p> </p> <p style="text-align:center"><em>Dentons US LLP is an Equal Opportunity Employer - Disability/Vet.
