type="disc"> <li>Responsible for creating clear and structured process models (based on BPMN)</li> </ul> <ul type="disc"> <li>Help ensure consistency and efficiency in how processes are described and maintained</li> <li><span>Advanced knowledge on process management methodologies, tools, and best practices</span><span> </span></li> </ul> <p><strong>Process Analysis & Improvement</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Drive in process analysis, mapping, and modelling activities</li> <li>Lead the identification of improvement opportunities</li> <li>Drive in implementing process improvements together with business streams</li> </ul> <p><strong>Process Governance Framework</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Definine and maintaine the Business Process Management (BPM) principles, practices, and standards</li> <li>Develope and manage the Process Governance Repository (process maps, IT tools, templates, guidelines, etc.)</li> <li>Follow and apply defined process management standards and methodologies</li> <li>Lead the development of scalable process governance practices across current and future organizational needs</li> </ul> <p><strong>Stakeholder Collaboration</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Work closely with business process owners and cross-functional teams</li> <li>Manage alignment between business needs and process execution</li> <li>Lead workshops and process design discussions</li> </ul> <p><strong>Continuous Learning & Development</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Learn and apply process management methods, tools, and best practices</li> <li>Develop skills in
