helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Manage / coordinate with participation of relevant functions potential license, co-development and strategic alliance transactions from start to finish, i.e. from initial out-reach to potential partners, to CDA execution, assessment of opportunity, due diligence, preparing of business cases, negotiation of deal terms and provision of relevant input to pertinent functions, such as R&D, Legal, Finance, IP, PMO, Regulatory and Management as required during the license process and ensure transparency regarding the project status via presentation of execution BD alliance management: a) ensure that obligations of Gedeon Richter and partner companies are fully understood and adhered to be pertinent GR functions. b) Regular alliance management meetings with companies to have early awareness of changing partner strategy and to ensure commitment of partner to licensed products. c) regular analysis / comparison of partner development and
