Working closely with the operational team and the Field Operations Manager, you will combine safety, coordination and operational support with a strong focus on continuous improvement.</p> <p> </p> <p style="text-align:justify">Your responsibilities will include:</p> <p style="text-align:justify"> </p> <ul> <li style="text-align:justify">Ensuring operational safety and strengthening the team’s safety culture.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Organising ERP exercises and planning and following up training, certifications and inspections.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Preparing and reviewing procedures, method statements, risk assessments and other safety documentation.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Preparing, coordinating and following up offshore interventions.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Supporting marine coordination (vessels, helicopters, personnel transfers, daily meetings and weather monitoring).</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Managing the Offshare application and liaising with the software supplier.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Acting as Operational Responsible Onshore during offshore interventions.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Supporting O&M and safety topics within future Offshore and Power Electronics projects.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Leading or participating in projects and working groups.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Contributing to the efficient operation of the Offshore Operation Center.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Carrying out risk assessments, field visits and vessel audits.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Actively contributing to the further development of Grid Solutions Offshore & Power Electronics.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:20.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Your Profile</b></H2> </div><div><p style="text-align:justify"> </p> <ul> <li style="text-align:justify">A Master’s degree in an engineering or technical field, or equivalent through experience.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Experience with offshore projects or offshore O&M is a strong asset.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Strong organisational, communication and coordination skills.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">An analytical, accurate and solution-oriented mindset.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">A proactive and assertive team player.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Flexibility and willingness to participate in offshore interventions.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Good knowledge of IT applications.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Knowledge of offshore safety regulations and procedures, or the motivation to develop this expertise.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Fluent Dutch and English, with a good command of French.
