Als Qualitäts- und Prozessmanager*in im Project Management Office (PMO) übernehme ich dabei eine zentrale Rolle: Ich verantworte die Weiterentwicklung und Vereinheitlichung projektbezogener Prozesse und stelle ein durchgängig hohes Qualitätsniveau sicher. In dieser Rolle arbeite ich eng mit Projektleiter*innen und zentralen Schnittstellen zusammen und stelle sicher, dass Standards wirksam angewendet und kontinuierlich weiterentwickelt werden. Ich bringe Struktur in komplexe Zusammenhänge und schaffe Transparenz über Abläufe. Meine Aufgaben: <ul> <li>Analyse, Modellierung und nachhaltige Optimierung von End-to-End-Prozessen in komplexen Projektstrukturen, </li> <li>Definition, Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung von Qualitätsstandards, Richtlinien und KPIs, </li> <li>Planung und Durchführung von Qualitätsprüfungen sowie Reviews in laufenden Projekten, </li> <li>Aufbau, Steuerung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung eines zentralen Prozesshauses, </li> <li>Sicherstellung einheitlicher Projektmanagement-Standards, Methoden und Reportingstrukturen über alle Projekte hinweg, </li> <li>Beratung und methodische Unterstützung von Projektleitungen und Projektteams, </li> <li>Konzeption und Moderation von Workshops zur Prozessaufnahme, -validierung und -optimierung, </li> <li>Durchführung von Trainings zu Prozessen, Methoden und Tools, </li> <li>Initiierung und Steuerung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen sowie Sicherstellung des Transfers von Lessons Learned und Best Practices, </li> <li>Aktive Mitgestaltung bereichsübergreifender Abstimmungen und Governance-Strukturen im Qualitäts- und Prozessmanagement. </li> </ul> Meine Kompetenzen: <ul> <li>Idealerweise abgeschlossenes Studium (z. B. Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder vergleichbar) mit Schwerpunkt Qualitäts- oder Prozessmanagement, </li> <li>Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Qualitäts- und Prozessmanagement, idealerweise in einem Infrastrukturumfeld, </li> <li>Fundierte Erfahrung in der Prozessaufnahme, -abbildung, -bewertung und -optimierung (z. B. BPMN 2.0), </li> <li>Kenntnisse gängiger Projektmanagement-Standards (z. B. PMI, IPMA, PRINCE2) sowie Erfahrung in PMO-Strukturen, </li> <li>Sicherer Umgang mit Prozessmanagement- und Projekttools (z. B. SAP Signavio, Jira, MS Project, Confluence), </li> <li>Ausgeprägte analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, </li> <li>Hohe Kommunikations- und Moderationskompetenz sowie Fähigkeit zur verständlichen Aufbereitung komplexer Sachverhalte, </li> <li>Zielgerichtete Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern in komplexen Projektumfelder, </li> <li>Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mind.
