You and your team design high-voltage pylons for projects that Elia Engineering implements on behalf of Elia Infrastructure.</p> <p> </p> <p>As the Tower Infra Designer Coordinator, you manage and coordinate designers, plan studies and supervise quality.</p> <p> </p> <p>Your most important duties and responsibilities are as follows:</p> <p> </p> <p>• Play a coordinating role in resource planning for your team:<br>o Allocate projects to team members and ensure the balanced evaluation of the workload of each individual;<br>o Monitor and respond proactively to changes in the planning of current and future studies by your team;<br>o When outsourcing to external partners, prepare the files and make sure they are monitored, checked and evaluated;</p> <p><br>• Be accountable for the technical and organisational framework for your team:<br>o Supervise and guide the development of your staff (in terms of both technical and soft skills);<br>o Gain expertise in the Tekla tool and contribute to the BIM environment;</p> <p><br>• As the job holder directly responsible, you will ensure:<br>o the application of the Performance Management System (definition of objectives, job dates and evaluations, etc.);<br>o that KPIs are formulated for the quality of the studies your team has completed and also monitored;<br>o that you contribute to asynchronous tasks to help designers within Calculations.<br> </p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:20.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Your Profile</b></H2> </div><div><p>You have a Bachelor’s degree or higher secondary education diploma in mechanics or equivalent experience;</p> <p><br> You have a very good knowledge of Dutch or French.
