Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: Als Process Owner IT Service Management (w/m/d) übernehme ich eine zentrale Rolle in der Analyse, Weiterentwicklung und Einführung von ITSM-Prozessen. Ich gestalte die Prozesslandschaft aktiv mit, erhöhe die Servicequalität nachhaltig und unterstütze damit den zuverlässigen Betrieb geschäftskritischer IT-Services in einem Umfeld kritischer Infrastruktur. Meine Aufgaben: <ul> <li>Evaluation, Analyse und kontinuierliche Verbesserung bestehender IT-Service-Management- Prozesse (ITIL-basiert) im Hinblick auf Rollen, Schnittstellen und KPIs,</li> <li>Konzeption, Einführung und Etablierung neuer ITSM-Prozesse, z. B.
