Als Risikomanager*in im Project Management Office (PMO) übernehme ich dabei eine zentrale Rolle: Ich verantworte die Weiterentwicklung, Vereinheitlichung und wirksame Anwendung projektbezogener Risiko- und Chancenprozesse und stelle sicher, dass Projektrisiken frühzeitig erkannt, bewertet und adressiert werden. In dieser Rolle arbeite ich eng mit Projektleitungen und zentralen Schnittstellen zusammen und sorge dafür, dass Risikostandards konsequent umgesetzt, regelmäßig überprüft und kontinuierlich verbessert werden. Dabei strukturiere ich komplexe Sachverhalte, schaffe Transparenz über Risikolagen und Entscheidungsbedarfe und unterstütze das Projektteam dabei, fundierte und belastbare Entscheidungen zu treffen. Meine Aufgaben: <ul> <li>Erstellung und Pflege von Risikoregistern zur Unterstützung der Projektleitung,</li> <li>Erstellung und Prüfung von Statusberichten in Bezug auf die Termin- und Kostenrisiken,</li> <li>Konzeptualisierung und Abstimmung der Risikodimensionen für das Projekt unter Berücksichtigung der Rahmenbedingungen,</li> <li>Erstellung von Planungsstandards, -prozessen und -methoden sowie deren Nutzung und Weiterentwicklung in laufenden und zukünftigen Offshore-Projekten,</li> <li>Methodische Unterstützung und enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Projektverantwortlichen sowie Terminplanungs- und Kostenplanungsfunktionen innerhalb des Projektes zur kontinuierlichen umfassenden Aussagefähigkeit der Gesamtprojektsituation,</li> <li>Proaktive Datenerfassung, Teilnahme an technischen Sitzungen sowie Sammlung und Wiedergabe von Ergebnissen. </li> </ul> Meine Kompetenzen: <ul> <li>Abgeschlossenes Studium des Wirtschaftsingenieurswesens, der Betriebswirtschaftslehre o. ä. mit Schwerpunkt Risikomanagement,</li> <li>Hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit, Verlässlichkeit, Organisations- und Teamfähigkeit,</li> <li>Idealerweise mehrjährige, detaillierte und nachweisbare Berufserfahrung im Risikomanagement in Großprojekten und mit internationalen Teams,</li> <li>Leistungsbereitschaft und Qualitätsbewusstsein, </li> <li>Fähigkeit zur klaren, effektiven und regelmäßigen Kommunikation,</li> <li>Versierter Umgang mit PC-Standardsoftware, insbesondere MS Office,</li> <li>Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift (mind.
