Als Fachgebietsleitung OO-O stelle ich gemeinsam mit meinem Team einen sicheren, zuverlässigen und regelkonformen Betrieb der Offshore‑Anlagen von 50Hertzt aus Sicht der zentralen Leitstellen‑ und Koordinierungsfunktionen sicher. </span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt"> </span><br><span style="font-size:14.0pt"><strong>Meine Aufgaben: </strong></span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung des Offshore Operation Centers mit der Offshore Betriebsleitwarte (OCC) sowie der Marine-Koordinierung (MCC), </span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Definition von Rollen, Verantwortlichkeiten, Prozessen und Schnittstellen innerhalb des Fachgebiets, </span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Sicherstellung des 24/7‑Leitstellenbetriebs, </span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Sicherstellung eines sicheren, zuverlässigen und regelkonformen Betriebs der Anlagen, in Delegation der Anlagenbetreiber, im Netzbetrieb Offshore, </span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Zentrale operative Steuerung und Koordination von Offshore-Aktivitäten, </span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Führung und Entscheidungsfindung in Störungs‑, Eskalations‑ und Krisensituationen, </span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Weiterentwicklung von Betriebs‑, Leitstellen‑ und Koordinierungsprozessen, </span></li> <li><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Strategische Ausrichtung des OOC zur Integration zukünftiger Anlagen und Technologien (z.
