Dabei sind die Kolleg*innen und Stakeholder auf hochverfügbare Applikationen angewiesen, um zentrale energiewirtschaftliche Prozesse abzubilden und zu verfolgen. In unserem Prognosesystem werden zahlreiche Zeitreihen unterschiedlicher Prognoseanbieter gesammelt, validiert und an kritische Anwendungen in unserer Übertragungsleitstelle weitergeleitet. Meine Aufgaben: <ul> <li>Planung, Optimierung und Sicherstellung des operativen Betriebs einer Plattform für die Verarbeitung von Prognosedaten,</li> <li>Change-, Incident- und Problem-Management nach ITIL in einem komplexen technologischen und fachlichen Umfeld,</li> <li>Planung, Koordination und Durchführung von Deployments und Konfigurationen, Installation von Updates und Patches,</li> <li>Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung des aktuellen Prognosesystems und primärer technischer Ansprechpartner für die Anbindung von internen und externen Partnern,</li> <li>Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und beim Betrieb eines zukunftssicheren Prognosesystems (MCCS),</li> <li>Enge fachbereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit, insbesondere zu den Teams der IT- Infrastruktur und der IT-Sicherheit innerhalb der Elia Group,</li> <li>Teilnahme an der IT-Rufbereitschaft (remote) zur Sicherstellung des übergreifenden operativen Betriebs.</li> </ul> Meine Kompetenzen: <ul> <li>Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einer anderen vergleichbaren IT-bezogenen Fachrichtung,</li> <li>Mehrjährige tiefgreifende Erfahrungen in Planung, Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung von Client- Server Applikationen in einer vergleichbaren Rolle (Operations Engineer, IT Application Manager o. ä.),</li> <li>Erfahrungen im IT-Projektmanagement und in der IT-Providersteuerung,</li> <li>Kenntnisse des ITIL-basierten Servicemanagements (insbesondere im Change- und Incident- Management),</li> <li>Kenntnisse über Datenbankmanagementsystemen, Zeitreihendaten, REST API, Messaging und Event Streaming,</li> <li>Vertrautheit mit Monitoring- und Logging-Tools (z.B.
