<p><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Calibri', sans-serif">If you are curious by nature, seeking to explore working with a large variety of companies, numbers are your nature, and people are your passion, we are looking forward to having you on board with us!<br><br><br>As a senior compensation and benefits consultant, your responsibilities will include:<br><br></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Calibri', sans-serif"> Leading and designing complex projects for some of Israel's leading companies, interacting with senior executives, and compensation committees.<br><br></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Calibri', sans-serif"> Working closely with other team members on a range of compensation projects based on client's needs<br><br></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Calibri', sans-serif"> Participating in and presenting at meetings with clients at all seniority levels, including leaders, management, CEOs, and board of directors.<br><br></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Calibri', sans-serif"> Working directly with client stakeholders, including managers, VP HRs, CFOs, CEOs, and board members.<br><br></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Calibri', sans-serif"> Gaining professional experience in compensation and benefits at the highest level.<br><br><br><strong>Requirements:</strong></span></p> <p><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Calibri', sans-serif"> Compensation & benefits experience (5+ years)<br><br></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Calibri', sans-serif"> High-Tech / Global companies experience – Must</span></p> <p><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Calibri', sans-serif"> Excellent communication skills, fully capable of writing and verbally expressing in Hebrew and English, Proven track record of working in English – speaking, reading, writing, and presenting presentations at a proficient level<br><br></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Calibri', sans-serif"> Ability to work flexibly, including in unusual hours<br><br></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Calibri', sans-serif"> Mobility/driving license<br><br><br></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Calibri', sans-serif">Consulting/Project Manager experience – Advantage<br><br></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Calibri', sans-serif"> Strong Excel skills (including complex functions, and pivot tables) – Advantage</span></p> <p><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Calibri', sans-serif"> </span></p>
