<p>Job Description</p> <p>We are currently looking for Manager/Senior for our US tax compliance practice. We have a very diverse tax practice with clients ranging from corporations, partnerships, VC Funds, and REITs. </p> <p>Candidates will be responsible for the review of tax workpapers and review of federal and state tax returns.</p> <p>Professionals also review tax provisions for SEC audit clients as well as researching complex tax issues.</p> <p> </p> <p>Requirements </p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree Accounting - Required</li> <li>Experience in preparation/review of US tax reports</li> <li>Experience in ASC 740 and review/preparation of income tax provision</li> <li>CPA or EA licence </li> </ul>
