Job Overview We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Project Manager – KWiFi Program to join our team and play a critical role in coordinating and executing the end-to-end rollout of our satellite-based Community Broadband WiFi initiatives across underserved rural areas in Africa. In this position, you’ll work closely with the Program Director – KWiFi, as well as cross-functional teams (Sales, NOC, Logistics, Finance, Regulatory, Product) and external partners, contributing directly to the successful deployment and scaling of the program. Contribute to the design and continuous improvement of internal processes (PoC management, SLA tracking, partner onboarding). Collaborate with relevant teams on the automation of reporting integrating BIP with Indio data. What You’ll Need: 5+ years of experience in project or program management, ideally in telecom, infrastructure deployment, rural development, or connectivity. Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage complexity and push forward execution. Good understanding of connectivity ecosystems and/or satellite and WiFi-based infrastructure. Fluency in English and French (spoken and written); other languages a plus. Proven capacity to work across functions and geographies. Experience in Africa or with public-private projects is a strong advantage PMP or Prince2 certification appreciated.
