This is a unique opportunity to lead a strategic, cross-functional transformation program at Group level. The Data Governance and Compliance Manager will lead the end-to-end delivery of a Group-wide program aimed at establishing a robust, auditable, and regulatory-compliant data governance framework, covering sensitive, export-controlled, personal, and classified data. The role operates across Compliance, Security, IT, Legal, HR, and Business functions, ensuring alignment with LOA-defined scope, regulatory obligations (e.g. GDPR, export control), and Group priorities. The Data Governance and Compliance Manager will report directly to the Chief Compliance Officer and is accountable for program delivery, cross-functional coordination, and performance management.
