Your key responsibilities <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Advise Australian and international financial services groups and institutional investors (e.g., banks, insurance companies, investment managers, funds such as pension funds, sovereign wealth funds) on all tax aspects of their transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, refinancing, restructuring, new funds, and initial public offerings.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Assist clients throughout the transaction life cycle, from initial due diligence to post-deal implementation, including providing buy-side and sell-side tax due diligence services, tax transaction support, tax structuring advice, and reviewing transaction documentation and tax modelling services.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Participate in project managing transaction timetables and deliverables, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all related tasks.</li> </ul> Skills and attributes for success Ideally, you’ll have the skills and attributes below but don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes.
