charge of:</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Legal due diligence activities;</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Drafting of contracts related to the completion of acquisition transactions (company and share package acquisitions) and assistance in the various negotiation phases;</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Legal assistance in extraordinary transactions and preparation of corporate documentation (mergers,
