By joining our Governance, Risk & Compliance team in Milano, you will be involved in projects to define governance, risk management and legislative compliance strategies in the Financial Services sector. Specifically, you will be responsible for: <ul> <li>Defining new models for customer risk profiling, name screening, and transaction monitoring in the anti-financial crime field;</li> <li>Self-assessment of money laundering risk;</li> <li>Defining business requirements related to innovative projects (e.g., implementation of high-tech products and services) to ensure the management of money laundering risks.</li> </ul> Come As You Are - Your Skills and Characteristics This opportunity is perfect for you if: <ul> <li>You have knowledge and experience in the anti-financial crime field;</li> <li>You hold a master's degree in Economics, Finance, or Law with excellent grades;</li> <li>You have an interest in Financial Services (banking and/or insurance sector) and a good understanding of the regulatory framework of the financial sector;</li> <li>You have excellent English skills, preferably supported by study and/or work experience abroad.</li> </ul> You are a problem solver and never lose sight of your goals.
