<h2>Your Key Responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li>Account & Channel Management:Build, nurture, and maintain long-term relationships<br>with key automotive aftermarket Specialty Business (OES/SMS/EMS) customers.</li> <li>Sales Strategy & Growth: Define and implement account-specific sales plans to<br>increase market share and expand the penetration of Vitesco’s parts portfolio (e.g.,<br>sensors, actuators, and e-drive systems).</li> <li>Business Strategy: Develop both short- and long-term business strategies to hit<br>Specialty Business (OES/SMS/EMS) sales and revenue targets.</li> <li>Sales & Revenue Growth: Identify growth potential within existing OEM accounts,<br>acquire new Specialty Business projects, and drive cross-selling and upselling<br>initiatives.</li> <li>Commercial Negotiations: Lead pricing strategies, contract renewals, and rebate<br>programs to ensure both customer satisfaction and internal profitability.</li> <li>Pricing & Profitability: Monitor Specialty Business (OES/SMS/EMS) pricing corridors,<br>manage product-specific margins, and process cost compensations (e.g., raw<br>material/FX fluctuations).</li> <li>Forecasting & Demand Planning: Collaborate with the client to forecast spare parts<br>demand and coordinate closely with internal logistics and production teams to ensure<br>timely delivery.</li> <li>Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the primary bridge between your clients and<br>internal teams—including design, engineering, product management, logistics, and<br>technical support—to ensure seamless order fulfillment, after-sales service & other<br>Value Analysis/Value Engineering (VAVE) activities.</li> <li>Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and product<br>obsolescence risks to adjust sales strategies and advise on future product<br>requirements.</li> <li>Reporting & Forecasting: Track account performance metrics (KPIs) and manage sales<br>forecasts for head office reporting.</li> <li>Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for OEM clients,<br>ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any commercial or operational<br>escalations.</li> <li>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)</li> <li>OES Sales revenue and overall volume growth.</li> <li>Margin stability and profitability optimization.</li> <li>Customer satisfaction scores and delivery/quality (QCD - Quality, Cost, Delivery)<br>compliance.</li> <li>Timely receivables and collections.</li> </ul> <h2><br>Your qualifications</h2> <ul> <li>Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Automotive/Electrical) or<br>Business Administration</li> <li>Experience: Typically 10+ years of experience in B2B strategic sales, with a strong<br>focus on the automotive aftermarket or component sector.</li> </ul>
