A legjelentősebb autógyárak, valamint a repülőipar és az ipari ágazat partnereként számos lehetőséget biztosítunk szakmai és egyéni fejlődéséhez.</p> <h2>Key Responsibilities</h2> <p>· Develop, implement, and maintain BI reports and dashboards related to quality assurance metrics and KPIs.</p> <p>· Create and enhance data visualization solutions to track and communicate performance trends.</p> <p>· Design and develop efficiency improvement applications focused on quality (Q) processes using data analytics.</p> <p>· Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Quality, Production, and Engineering to understand data requirements.</p> <p>· Perform data extraction, cleaning, and transformation from various sources for accurate analysis.</p> <p>· Support the Quality Assurance Manager by delivering timely insights and reporting for strategic decision-making.</p> <p>· Identify data quality issues and recommend corrective actions to ensure reliability of reports.</p> <p>· Automate routine data processes to increase productivity and reduce manual workload.</p> <p>· Stay updated with the latest BI tools, analytics techniques, and industry trends to continuously enhance data applications.</p> <h2><br>Required Qualifications and Skills</h2> <p>· Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related technical field.</p> <p>· Proven experience (typically 3+ years) in data analysis, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing sector.</p> <p>· Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.</p> <p>· Strong SQL skills for querying and manipulating large datasets.</p> <p>· Experience with data visualization and reporting software.</p> <p>· Knowledge of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.</p> <p>· Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO/TS 16949 or IATF 16949) is an advantage.</p> <p>· Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.</p> <p>· Ability to interpret complex data and present it in a clear and actionable manner.</p> <p>· Experience with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.</p> <p>· Good communication skills in English; knowledge of German is an advantage.</p> <p>· Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and integrity.</p> <p>· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.</p> <p>· Excellent organizational and time management skills.</p><p>A világ számos pontján jelenlévő vállalatként kiemelkedő fontossággal bír számunkra, hogy a megfelelő tisztelettel kezeljük egymást, továbbá, hogy minden nézőpontnak és új ötletnek megadjuk a kellő figyelmet.
