<div id="tor__flistingLayout_readOnlyDiv"> <div id="tor__flistingLayout_content"> <div id="tor__flistingLayout_readOnlyDiv"> <div id="tor__flistingLayout_content"> <h2><strong>General Information</strong></h2> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">The Equipment and Tool Shop sets the bar for innovation in the company by designing, building, deploying, and supporting in-house automated manufacturing cells.</span></p> <h2><strong>Your Responsibilities:</strong></h2> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Design and develop mechanical manufacturing equipment for the Production System, referencing process requirements and design guidelines to create robust machine designs, robotic end of arm tools, and innovative automation solutions.</li> <li>Define processes for the development of solutions and future demand, analyzing and creating business or technical concepts. </li> <li>Deploy state-of-the-art technologies including 3D additive manufacturing for prototyping designs when appropriate, ensuring manufacturability through active engagement with machine shop.</li> <li>Create comprehensive technical documentation, drawings, and specifications in compliance with industry standards.</li> <li>Support manufacturing operations in troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives.</li> <li>Maintain 5S Best in Class organization and cleanliness standards in work area.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Your Qualifications:</strong></h2> <h2><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Required: </span></h2> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.</li> <li>1-3 years experience with 3D CAD modeling software (SolidWorks preferred)• Ability to create machine designs from process specifications and technical requirements.</li> <li>Strong capability to work comfortably in a team environment managing multiple priorities.</li> <li>Clear written and verbal English communication skills.</li> <li>Passionate about pursuing emerging technologies in automation and manufacturing innovation.</li> </ul> <h2><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Preferred:</span></h2> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>3-5 years experience with SolidWorks and advanced CAD modeling techniques.</li> <li>Experience in automation design and manufacturing equipment development.</li> <li>3D Printing/Prototyping experience with additive manufacturing technologies.</li> <li>Knowledge of safety standards for machine design and risk assessment procedures.</li> <li>Background in continuous improvement methodologies and process optimization.</li> <li>Experience with technical documentation and compliance with industry standards.</li> <li>Knowledge on robot programming (UR, Fanuc, and/or TMRobots).</li> </ul> </div> </div> </div> </div> <p> </p><p>As a global company with employees around the world, it is important to us that we treat each other with respect and value all ideas and perspectives.
