About this role
<h2><strong>Your Key Responsibilities:</strong></h2> <p>- Be responsible for SW requirement analysis, design, development, debugging, variant management and release.<br>- Define SW team development plan and timeline, ensure the timely delivery of SW work package.<br>- Coordinate system engineer, software engineer and test engineer for internal technical topics and customer needs. - Optimize SW control algorithm and troubleshooting.<br>- Track and research new algorithm, technical trend, new process, innovation and product solution.</p> <h2><br><strong>Your Qualifications:</strong></h2> <p>- Bachelor’s degree or above <br>- Proficient in English (both oral and written), German/Japanese is a plus.<br>- Familiar with DC/DC control algorithms, diagnosis strategies and related design experience. - Knowledge of automotive compliance, such as standards like ISO 26262.<br>- Proficient in model-based software development processes, as well as development tools such as C language and Matlab.<br>- Preferred qualifications: experience in agile development, COM, BOOT BSW development, software project management, and DC/DC SOP projects.<br> </p>
