As a partner to all of the major automobile manufacturers, as well as key players in the aerospace and industrial sectors, we offer you many development opportunities.</p> <h2>Key Responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li>Serve as the Quality representative at the Focus Factory level, advocating for customer needs across the organization.</li> <li>Lead, motivate, and develop Customer and Production Quality Engineers, ensuring systematic follow-up on personal development and goal achievement.</li> <li>Set individual and team targets aligned with overall plant and organizational objectives.</li> <li>Provide input to plant strategy definition, resource planning, and daily operational management within the area of responsibility.</li> <li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives in plant processes focused on quality enhancement.</li> <li>Plan and oversee quality activities related to change management, including PPAP, Control Plans, quality documentation, and customer communication.</li> <li>Ensure execution and monitoring of process control to guarantee effectiveness.</li> <li>Manage communication with customers and internal/external stakeholders regarding quality assurance matters.</li> <li>Ensure comprehensive Quality Assurance Plan coverage and execution.</li> <li>Identify quality issues proactively and develop actionable plans for resolution.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <h2>Required Qualifications and Skills</h2> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.</li> <li>Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in the automotive industry, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of VDA 6.3 and IATF 16949 standards and requirements.</li> <li>Proficient in quality and project management tools and methodologies.</li> <li>Experienced with problem-solving techniques and methodologies.</li> <li>Excellent communication and presentation skills.</li> <li>Proficient command of English; additional language skills (e.g., German) are a plus.</li> </ul><p> </p> <p><span id="cke_bm_569S" style="display:none"> </span>As a global company with employees around the world, it is important to us that we treat each other with respect and value all ideas and perspectives.
