About this role
<p> </p> <p>Your key responsibilities:</p> <p>-For D2 project, responsible to analysis customer’s requirement, identify the risk / feasibility, support TPM to create the developing plan for this product meanwhile ,evaluate the RD cost from system’s perspective.</p> <p>-Do System requirement analysis according to company process.</p> <p>-Create technical concept to fulfill customer feature needs.</p> <p>-Clarify system requirement with different discipline.</p> <p>-Create system test cases ,and report system testing progress regularly .</p> <p> </p> <p>Your Qualifications:</p> <p>-Bachelor’s degree (At least).</p> <p>-At least 3 years of professional experience in NEV automotive sector and a technical background in automotive (system engineering and collaboration with interfaces hardware, software, test, etc.) at leat 2 years of working experience in inverter product.</p> <p>-Fluent English language, negotiation skills.</p> <p>-Self-initiative and structured working style with coaching, mentoring and motivational skill.-Ability to drive problem solving and finding of solutions.-Technical oriented and customer orientated. </p> <p> </p>
