<h2><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span><span style="font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Responsibilities:</span></span></span></h2> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span><span style="font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">1.Lead development project to delivery eMotor control product in scope, time, quality and budget for internal and external customers. </span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span><span style="font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">2.Lead quotation project for order intake by driving technical solution, cost and industrialization planning. </span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span><span style="font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">3.Ensure project progress and milestones according to internal/external process and derive measures in case of deviations or claims.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span><span style="font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">4.Project presentation, documentation and reports on different levels.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span><span style="font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">5.Engage with Customers to dig business opportunities and product insight. </span></span></span></p> <p> </p> <h2><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span><span style="font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Qualifications:</span></span></span></h2> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span><span style="font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">1.Bachelor ’s degree or above with high voltage electronics&amp; mechanical background</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span><span style="font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">2.More than 5 years’ experience in Automotive project management</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span><span style="font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">3.Proactive attitude to drive for targets, remove barriers and lead team to find solutions. </span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span><span style="font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">4.Team spirit and good soft skills in communication and indirect reporting management. </span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span><span style="font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">5.Proficient in English (both oral and written)</span></span></span></p> <p> </p>
