<h2>Your key responsibilities</h2> <h2>Global job name: Mechanichal Eng.</h2> <p>ECU mechanical components, product design and development<br> -Design new components and product per customer/TPM requirement. <br> -Create and get release for documents including drawings and specification<br> -Tolerance stack-up calculation and simulation<br> -Support A/B/C samples build and test<br> -Components verification and product validation(ME test, DV and PV)<br> -Continuous product cost optimization, like localization, VAVE<br> -Documentation of development results (CAD data, test specification, review protocols)<br> -Benchmark competitor's product to improve our own product<br>Quality support:<br> -Design quality for new product development<br> -Supplier components technical issue support<br> -Production process issue support<br> -Customer application issue support<br> -Support and implement changes according to process requirement<br>Collaboration:<br> -Respect the requirements of the SAG rules, regulations and compliance<br> -Collaborate with others to ensure smooth task accomplishment<br>控制器类机械零件和产品的设计与开发<br> -根据客户和技术项目经理的要求开发零件和产品<br> -创建并释放需要的所有文档，包括图纸和规范等<br> -尺寸链计算和模拟<br> -支持A/B/C样件的制作与测试<br> -零件验证与产品测试（ME测试，设计测试和生产测试）<br> -持续优化产品的成本，像国产化，VAVE<br> -记录所有开发的结果（CAD数据，测试规范，检查协议等）<br> -对竞争对手的产品做基准分析来改进我们自己的产品<br>质量支持：<br> -产品开发过程中的设计质量<br> -支持供应商零件的问题<br> -支持批产过程中的工艺问题</p> <h2>Your qualifications：</h2> <p>- Bachelor degree or above in relevant fields such as mechanical/materials engineering<br>- More than 3 years of relevant experience in R&D positions in the automotive industry or more than 5 years in R&D positions<br>- Proficient in using Creo<br>- Proficient in English communication<br>- 全日制本科及以上学历，机械/材料工程等相关专业<br>- 2年以上汽车行业研发岗相关经验或3年以上制造业研发岗相关经验<br>- 熟练使用Creo<br>- 熟练的英语表达能力</p>
