In this role, you will develop detailed job plans to improve the work force efficiency and quality by identifying the elements of an executable work package. You will provide general knowledge of consistent maintenance and reliability best practices in the completion of planning and prioritizing basic tasks and providing quality work that supports style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Key Accountabilities</H2> </div><div><ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Breakdown Maintenance, preventive Maintenance activities and related documentation. accurate and intime completion of records related to engineering activities.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">CAPEX project activities and related documentation, raising purchase requests.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Procurements of spares, equipment, and maintenance materials in coordination with the procurement team.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Training the manpower in maintenance and utilities.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Renewal of boiler license, renewal of AMCs, CMCs and calibrations of plant equipment and measuring devices and legal metrology activities like weighing scale stamping.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Amending of all plant layouts and utility layouts and approval of the same from authorities wherever applicable.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Maintaining the plant, machinery, equipment, measuring devices and critical safety devices as per EHS and FSQR requirements.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Implementing EHS programs, FSQR programs, manufacturing excellence programs, reliability excellence programs, value creation projects and any other programs related to engineering and maintenance.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Operating the engineering department within the allotted budget, preparing engineering department budget.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Maintaining of Critical spares to avoid any delays due to non-availability of spares.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Accurate maintenance of inventory of spares and engineering materials.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Inter plant transfer of assets and sending assets for repair sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><strong>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Full time engineering degree (Mechanical/Chemical specialisation)</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">At least 5 years of maintenance experience in API/ Bulk drug plant or related fields (Herbal, Chemicals).</span></li> </ul> <p><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><strong>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">At least 5 years of experience in Utility, Infrastructure and Equipment Maintenance.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Strong exposure to engineering projects.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">At least 5 years of experience in engineering spares management.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Knowledge of the SAP tool is an added advantage.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Strong experience in
