Located in Charlotte, NC, the Food Solutions, Edible Oils, North America facility manages multiple processes for refining, blending, and storing oils. Ensure all shifts of the 24/7 facility are following policies and procedures related to employee, food safety and environmental compliance.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Collaborate with stakeholders in customer service, transportation, operations and packaging to ensure communication, accountability and timely delivery to our customers. Partner effectively with maintenance, engineering, and the plant leadership team to provide input into the development of plant capital investment strategies.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Drive engagement and development of your team.
