The role ensures disciplined CI governance, effective execution of improvement initiatives, capability development, and realization of measurable business value aligned with operational and strategic objectives.</span><span> </span></p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Key Accountabilities</H2> </div><div><div> </div> <div> <ul> <li>Lead the implementation of Performance Enablement and Continuous Improvement (CI ) frameworks at regional level. </li> <li>Act as the regional focal point for CI governance, cadence reviews, and performance dialogue. </li> <li>Support Mills and Estates in identifying, prioritizing, and executing CI initiatives. </li> <li>Drive consistent application of daily improvement Cycle and project improvement cycle practices. </li> <li>Manage and review the Region CI portfolio across Mill and Estate operations. </li> <li>Monitor progress, risks, and issue resolution of CI initiatives. </li> <li>Support CI capability development through training, learning sessions, and best practice sharing. </li> <li>Partner with Region, Mill, and Estate leadership to embed CI into daily operations. </li> <li>Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to support CI initiatives. </li> <li>Prepare and deliver regular CI performance updates to management. </li> </ul> </div> <p> </p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Qualifications</H2> </div><div><h3>Minimum Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li> <div> <div> <div> <p>Diploma or Bachelor Degree in a related field/major or equivalent experience</p> <p>Minimum 2 years of working experience related to this position. </p> </div> <div> <div> <p>Experience in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, or Performance Enablement. </p> <p>Experience supporting manufacturing and/or agricultural operations preferred. </p> <p>Good English communication skill. </p> <p>Good communication with different level of people </p> <p>Fast learner, proactive and familiar with mill or estate operation. </p> <p>Structured Problem Solving & Data Analysis </p> <p>Cross-functional Influence & Stakeholder Management </p> <p>Willing to based on site.
