In this role, you will partner with contacts to assist with compliance and customer specification issues. You will also work closely with the location to coordinate and plan programs that fall under food safety, quality and regulatory areas. The purpose of this position is to develop and train individuals to prepare them to take on roles of increased complexity across the Food Safety, Quality, and Regulatory (FSQR) job family at various locations across Cargill.</span></p> <p style="text-align:justify"> </p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:14.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES </b></H2> </div><div><p style="text-align:justify"> </p> <ul style="text-align:justify" type="disc"> <li style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Perform inspection of finished or in process goods, analyze data and identify trends in defects or errors.</span></li> <li style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Conduct root cause analysis for defects, nonconformities or other quality failures.</span></li> <li style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Coordinate department functions that include continuous improvement processes, compliance to audits and assisting with customer specifications and quality issues.</span></li> <li style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Provide back-up assistance for Quality technicians, FSQR Supervisors and Food Safety Specialist. Complete pre-shipment review and product clearances as needed. Effectively communicate FSQR and Micro results, including timely reporting of all quality assurance activities.</span></li> <li style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Assist with related training development and scheduling.</span></li> <li style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Provide training, coaching and mentoring to team members.</span></li> <li style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Plan, coordinate and direct all regulatory compliance, laboratory, food and feed safety and quality programs within the location to ensure
