In this role, you will provide technical support, operations experience, continuous improvement techniques and project management skills in a plant support capacity to ensures safe, efficient and low style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Key Accountabilities</H2> </div><div><ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Review and recommend manufacturing equipment and processes designed to be efficient, cost effective and promote quality and reliability.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Assess current manufacturing equipment and processes and makes recommendations for changes.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Review key performance indicators and monitoring systems and identify ways to improve the ability to maintain company operations.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Conduct tests and measurements throughout the stages of production to identify control over variables such as temperature, density, specific gravity, pressure and viscosity.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Assist with project engineering, sizing, design and overseeing contractors and safety.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Work with the Starch Leadership team to foster a culture of continuous improvement. </span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Use data analytics to improve process operations, increase output, and reduce costs. </span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Working with a High Hazard Process and will be involved with PRAs and PSM audits. </span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Minimum of two years of related work experience</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Six sigma green belt certification or the desire to get a green belt certification</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Lean certification or the desire to become lean certified</span></li> <li
