<li>Identify strategic opportunities and create program roadmaps and initiatives that directly support the company’s mission and strategic goals</li> <li>Establishing the frameworks, processes, reporting standards, and performance metrics that associated projects within the program will follow</li> <li>Trac progress across multiple projects, maintain accurate reporting, and escalate issues that may impact scope, cost, and schedule.</li> <li>Developing and managing large-scale program budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring resources are allocated for efficiency</li> <li>Serve as a primary point of contact for internal leadership, external partners, contractors, and regulatory bodies.</li> <li>Coordinating multidisciplinary internal engineering, geoscience, and operations teams, while managing risks or resource conflicts that arise with multiple projects in parallel</li> <li>Manage partnerships with national labs, universities, industry partners, and contractors to advance program objectives.</li> <li>Incorporate existing Project Management tools and processes (i.e. risk management, change control, and continuous improvement).</li> <li>Must be able to travel up to 20%.</li> <li>Must be able to operate a vehicle in a safe manner, enter and exit vehicle without assistance, remain alert while driving for continuous periods of time and read and understand
