acquired in three to four years of high school;</li> </ul> </td> </tr> <tr> <td style="width:100%" valign="top"> <ul> <li>The ability to perform, or the proven ability to learn, code welding on steel, aluminum welding, pipe and other procedures as required;</li> </ul> </td> </tr> <tr> <td style="width:100%" valign="top"> <ul> <li>A demonstration of welding capabilities may be required in the form of a certification test.
