We evaluate all applications fairly based on skills and experience.<strong><br><br></strong></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering,</li> <li>Minimum 5 years of experience in standard costing, quotation, and reporting within the manufacturing industry,</li> <li>Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, data analysis, modeling),</li> <li>Good command of English (both written and spoken),</li> <li>Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and results-oriented mindset,</li> <li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills,</li> <li>Proactive, open to learning, and able to take initiative,</li> <li>Residing in Bursa or willing to relocate.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Job Description</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Prepare and monitor project-based cost and profitability analyses,</li> <li>Analyze RFQs and engineering change requests in terms of cost impact,</li> <li>Validate and integrate cost inputs received from relevant departments into analyses,</li> <li>Develop accurate and competitive pricing for customers and internal stakeholders during quotation processes,</li> <li>Report prepared analyses to management and contribute to decision-making processes,</li> <li>Ensure approved quotations are communicated as targets to relevant departments,</li> <li>Ensure accuracy of cost analyses by aligning with technical data (BOM, 3D data, etc.),</li> <li>Manage data tracking, documentation, and reporting activities throughout the process.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>If you are passionate about creating value, driving innovation, and making a real impact, join us on this journey.</p>
