You will build and support applications using smart digital solutions for the Facility Management Service program across ISS globally, while contributing to DevOps practices, including CI/CD and automation, and supporting the evolution of the platform towards the Real Estate and Facility Management module (MREF within MAS).</p> <p> </p> <p><strong><u>What you’ll do:</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Design and develop advanced solutions in IBM TRIRIGA using <strong>low-code tools</strong>, <strong>Java</strong>, and <strong>SQL</strong></li> <li>Translate complex business requirements into <strong>scalable technical designs</strong> and configurations</li> <li>Implement system enhancements, integrations, and data models aligned with enterprise architecture, <strong>CI/CD practices</strong>, and future platform evolution towards <strong>MREF</strong></li> <li>Contribute to <strong>DevOps</strong> practices by supporting build, release, and deployment automation pipelines</li> <li>Troubleshoot and <strong>resolve complex technical</strong> and <strong>production issues </strong></li> <li><strong>Mentor</strong> junior and mid developers and drive development best practices, including code quality and automation</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong><u>Who you’ll work with:</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Cross-functional agile teams in <strong>Agile</strong> setup</li> <li>Product Owners and Business Analysts translating business needs into solutions</li> <li>Technical leads and architects driving DevOps, CI/CD, and platform evolution towards MREF</li> <li>QA and release teams to ensure quality, automation, and continuous delivery</li> <li><strong>Global ISS stakeholders</strong> across FM platform and country implementations</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong><u>Key qualifications:</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field</li> <li>Strong hands-on experience with IBM TRIRIGA LowCode development (configuration, workflows, data models)</li> <li>Solid experience with Java, SQL, and object-oriented programming concepts</li> <li>Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control, and DevOps practices</li> <li>Experience working with integrations, APIs, and enterprise system landscapes (good to have)</li> <li>Experience in Facility Management / Workplace Management systems (<strong>FMS/WMS</strong>), with exposure to MREF / MAS considered an advantage</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong><u>Personal skills you excel:</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong <strong>problem-solving</strong> and analytical thinking</li> <li>High <strong>attention to detail</strong> with a quality and <strong>automation</strong> mindset</li> <li><strong>Clear communication </strong>and collaboration across technical and business teams</li> <li><strong>Proactive</strong> mindset with ownership&<strong>accountability</strong> and continuous improvement focus</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong><u>Why ISS</u></strong></p> <p>At ISS, we are more than just a service provider of cleaning, food, workplace and technical services, we are a partner in our customers’ success.
